Bank of Dearmad Otillicaires Cashes in on the Tozar's Generosity

The Bank of Dearmad Otillicaires and Tozar Ambrose I have announced the establishment of a respectable national reserve with close to four hundred items, as well as the possibility of establishing a gold standard for the Stater Yen.


The Imperial Collection of Rivlusie on behalf of the Bank of Dearmad Otillicairs, has officially been announced by Tozar Ambrose I. A numismatic collection being donated to the national reserves. Within this collection, there are close to 400 items. Which range from coins, banknotes, rations, and various types of metals both civilian and military from Europe and North America.


Of particular note is the mention of silver and gold weight being identified within the collection, with 19 g of silver and 5.8 g of gold being confirmed by reputable sources. This has spurred discussion within the Imperial Government transitioning the Stater Yen, the national currency of the Tozarian Empire from being pegged to the Egyptian Pound to gold. While it has not been confirmed as of writing, a gold standard for the nation does seem likely in the following months.


Within the Pelli Section of the Imperial Collection, particular coins of interest include a Bronze Follis from Constantius II from 355 - 361. The Canadian Memorial $2 coin from 2022 recognizes and mourns the loss of Queen Elizabeth II, for which the Tozar Ambrose I, has had significant admiration. Which can be displayed with the seasonal capital of Port Elizabeth being named in her honor following her passing in 2022.


Within the Smith Section of the Imperial Collection, particular banknotes of interest include banknotes from Vichy France, the Weimar Republic, and the breakaway region of Biafra within Nigeria. Other banknotes included are Molossia Valora and Hutt River Dollars. The banknote collection includes various banknotes from Zimbabwe's tumultuous history and famous numismatic history, including a 10 trillion dollar banknote and many notes predating and post the 2008 financial crisis of Zimbabwe.


Within the Marcel Section of the Imperial Collection, particular interest within the exonumia section would be twelve Chinese ration coupons from across China during the 70s and 80s, as well as a 90s petrol coupon from China. Other things of note within this section include a bus token from New York City and a public works coin from the state of New Hampshire in the United States.


Within the Zar Section of the Imperial Collection, particular interest within the medals and honors section of the national collection include a Medal of the Defense of the Caucasus from World War Two of the Soviet Union and an Iraqi Campaign Medal from a family member of Tozar Ambrose I. The items of heightened interest within the nation as a whole would be the nine different awards and honors with original documentation from an East German individual, which has spurred an interest in discovering more about this person and has inspired a national historical society to be established within Lower Isturus.


Within the nation, many people have thanked Tozar Ambrose I for his collection of numismatics that have been detonated to the nation and its reserves. With the formalization of national reserves, the Bank of Dearmad Otillicaires is excited to begin formalizing a national economy. The Bank of Dearmad Otillicaires has announced it shall begin printing banknotes as promised last month in various government publications.


At this time, there are no known additions to the collection being added at this time, however, there have been discussions of possible donations from Ambrose’s travels and collections as he continues collecting numismatics as well as some possible trade between the United Republic of Obscurium and the Atlian Empire, with Lower Isturus.
